Got the same email, The due date and the issue date both is march 1st. My billing is on the 22nd day of the month which the guy comes to collect.
Same. My billing used to be on the 21st. But a guy from FL collected the amount from 21st Feb to 28th Feb (7 days). I wasn't home do my younger brother dealt with him. The guy said they'll start billing me from the 1st of each month now.

Anyway, back to the question. Should i wait a few days, or should i get the bill cleared from the bank?

Wait. They will send someone to collect it if they have been doing it before. I didn't even get an email. I got one for all the previous months.

Something up with their router at 1.1.1.1
Pings up to 20-30ms. Used to be 1-2ms. Most issues except for the Singapore ping issue should be resolved once they replace their faulty router (Estimated time of repair: within 48 hours from now)
any update? issue is still there i am getting 10-15mbps instead of 35mbps. today is wednesday supposed to be fixed today

It got fixed for me in the morning when the support guy refreshed my port but right now it's getting worse hopefully they'll fix it soon.

I actually did complain on the support WhatsApp and they said it's a problem and Transworld's end they'll have to fix it. I asked for an ETA and they said check back in 1 or 2 days. I'll wait till Thursday and if it isn't resolved, I'll complain again.

Season 4 of Overwatch will start tonight and I don't want to do my placements on the EU servers -_-
Good to know it's not only us on Stormfiber with the increased pings. Do let us know when your pings are fixed.

Latest update from FiberLink support as of 1:24 am they said that the equipment they send from Karachi will be getting Lahore around 10 am and after that they just need some time for the configuration.

All the issues will be resolved then ( tomorrow )

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but is anyone here getting good pings to the newly released Battlefield 1 servers in Dubai? Im on Transworld and getting 20ms so post your traceroutes for this IP 185.179.202.65 especially if your on ptcl. Traceroute on TES:

Go to their office and ask for a refund. They won't give one but probably will speed up the process.

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
