Internet is out for more than 36 hours. They keep saying fiber is cut but still not resolved till now.

I placed my order on 23 March but they have not deployed connection yet, they are making excuses like "technical problem" and so on. Whats matter with them? are they turning into a scam?

Usual deployment time is 3-4 months, keep bugging them or visit their office, you will eventually get your connection sooner or later but they are not scam for sure.

Was able to work for me the day before but the thing is am getting the same speeds as my own connection so literally no use from downloading there.

Pretty good so far, speeds are consistent and way better than ptcl so far. Deployment took time but havent faced any major issues yet.

Like what is the ping response , are there losses , how is the speed, do u get the speed that is mentioned in your package or not etc?
