A bunch of fans are making a Final Fantasy VII remake via the Unreal Engine. Guess they're tired of waiting for Square Enix to commit to doing a remake

Yep, FFVII remake is just too good to be true. It's hard to remake a PS1 game. Besides, some elements of the game are outdated and wouldn't be appealing even after a remake. Although I loved FFVII, I don't support the idea of a remake. An HD version, sure, but not a remake. Square should get on with Versus before things get worse for them.

I started playing Final Fantasy from FFX and after playing Crisis Core i decided to play FFVII but i was unable to play as it is really difficult for me to play Ps1 Graphics after playing games like Mgs ,Uncharted & FF13.

That's why am desperately waiting for the remake & need to play this game in HD weather it should Completed by fans or SE.

The Remake will NEVER live upto the Expectations of the fans and Square will get Butt Fucked by fan hate cause they'll have ruined the memory of a great game for them. Square knows this and are smart enough to stay away from a remake.
