External HDD Adapter- Where to Buy?

Hey Guys,
SUPER High VOLTAGE from WAPDA has fried my External HDD's adapter along with 2 AC's, UPS and a few other things -_-. The HDD has some real important stuff, the HDD was in the drawer so it shall be safe but the voltage has completely fried the adapter. The HDD is Western Digital Elements 1 TB, any idea where I could get it's adapter?

Where did you get it from? Ask that place? Or ask czone or galaxy...

just note down the power rating on the adapter and get one with the same rating from any electrical shop/cabin pathan type shops.

nah. if it is exactly the same then no risk. be sure to get the exact same one. as the positive and negative terminals might be different. and used a fused plug for additional safety so your adapter doesn't keep frying
