ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter

Okay guys nees this ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter for my laptop, I have found the cheapest on Newegg but unfortunately they don't ship to Pakistan. I have also contacted vyrus in thsi regard. but haven't received a reply from him.
It looks something like this :

I would like you people to help me finding this in the cheapest rates, or if someone could help me get it from newegg would be great
