How much does it cost to setup a new landline connection and acquire a broadband of minimum 1MB?

Link.net is no more, they merged with PTCL few years ago. In Broadband you have only one option which is PTCL, Connection is Free, 2MB is the minimum connection available which cost 1400 (You can get discount by getting student package) I am unsure if they charge for Modem in monthly billing.

How much does it cost to get a phone connection (fiber optic) my exchange is PECHS exchange at nursery and I live on the opposite side and its very close by.

I am sorry to hear about Link.net, they had good support but slow speed, I used them in my last residence, being away from home makes simple things a horrendous task any help to get an idea about the landline connection would be an awesome help.

Yep that 1k pm EVO Nitro 9.3 packages are nowhere to be found these days & has huge demand in market. As said earlier there is no "Setup Charges" for landline connection, however confirm it from 1236, No need to go exchange, just dial 1236 & apply for Fiber Line along with DSL. They will guide you.
