[SOLVED] Dvd , b-ray writer prob

Salaam ,
I am facing this prob since time i have changed 2 Roms ,
My Rom both Dvd writer and LG b-ray Writer not reading any disks hanged and says no disk in ROM changed many disks but result is same both Roms are almost New ,
ill be really thankful for for solution

System:

Asus z97k
windows 8.1
asus Hd 7850 2Gb
8 GB ram

Is the disc you are trying to read you burned it yourself? If so did you burn it with an external or internal writer? External dvd/blu-ray burners usually have this problem.
Also try changing SATA/power cable and also try a different connector to your motherboard.

But first try a different disk in your drive and if it reads fine then it most probably is the disc which is at fault. Probably have coasters if you burned it with an external burner.

changed many disks, movies , data etc my all collection , will change sata cable then check
