DSLR under 600$

I need to buy a DSLR for my father but I don't know a single thing about cameras. My father used to have interest in photography but he hasn't used a DSLR much. My cousin lives in USA and he will bring it with him to Pakistan. Can anyone here suggest main any good DSLR with lens under 600$ on newegg or Amazon? There are many good deals there due to black Friday.

I remember reading amazon was running a deal for the Sony a6000 for $549. Not technically a dslr but it's the lowest ever price for a camera with very good reviews

Canon is more suitable for new comers and is much user friendly

Go for cannon 700d for 45k with default package. And buy f1.8g 50mm for 15k.
