Difference between EU and NA

Hey every LOL player on EU servers
as you all might knw that NOw NA TO EU Transfer is possible to please tell me

how are EU servers ?
I have a 4mb connection and i get 300 pings in normal conditions on NA servers and on 300 pings game runs playable.
but since that Cable broke or whatever happened which to me does not seem to be fixing soon my pings are high upto 400 in normal condition and the game is not playable.

So I wanna know how did you find the game after that cable break scene ? on which timings u had higher pings and which timings had the best pings ?

im asking all this because I plus my 5 friends are going to transfer to EU servers and we all have to use 2600 RP so thats a lot of money ... i dont want it to be wasted ... so please all of you be kind enough and give a some suggestions.

Just change region to EU and play for a couple of games, no need to redownload all you have to do change Region in patcher to EUW or EUNE

Bro come to EU and you will get less than 200 ping. Nowadays ping is fine on EU servers. If you first want to try it then make an account on the EUW server and change your region from where you login in the client to EUW and use the new account. Go into the tutorial and check what ping you are getting.

Dude i have transfered on EU and thanks To ALLAH that now i bear playable pings ...

So im happy being on EU servers.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
