I am more than half-way through my first semester in DSU CS and its awesome. The teachers are pretty good, especially the programming ones. The courses are similar to FAST BSCS so if you have plans to transfer it won't be a rough ride. The campus is nice and clean and big enough, teachers are very good IMO, only wish there were a bit more student activities.

Honestly if you plan on doing masters from abroad, get admission in a govt university, saves money. There is no perfect university and you will have to study yourself sometimes the whole course cuz there are bad teachers everywhere. My friend, the one i mentioned, is facing problems with 1 or 2 teachers in DSU too and so am i being in KU though i am facing a lot more than 1/2 xD That said DSU is still better and a valid option to choose for CS

I talked with my one friend about DHA suffa.His reviews was totally against.He read from there but he told me about his expiriance which was very bad.

bro to be honest i been in dha suffa for bscs test and it is not so good but not bad option either to me there test was like piece of cake lab wasn't that good like i expected niether university i know they had fast old faculty but overall its average and there fees structure is just same as fast and its not so recognized i think bahria is much better option and there fees is 80000+ and bahria is more sophisticated but as someone mention save money if you wanna do masters from abroad and get into government university ubit-ku is best option actually 2nd best option in karachi for cs but getting into ubit is little bit hard as compare to fast and others you have to clear nts test with 50+ marks and acadmic closing % was 69 for morning and 60+ for evening but there fees is just 25k and to be very honest there labbs and overall university is better then other private universities apart from fast labs cause fast labs are to good and if you wanna apply in fast then its not so hard to get in this year closing was just 51.5% but you have to clear test to which is just like nust with less questions you had to travel 3+ or 4 hours daily and if you are A levels student then IBA is good to but they had mostly ubit faculty plus there fees is like fast to but you got good enviroment there and in the end for bscs university doesn't matter alot just in case of job fast and ubit students get jobs early
