Is it possible to add a custom/filter for new posts? For example, Im interested in viewing new posts except X and Y sections or only posts from A and B sections only?

Here you go, I made this bookmarket a long time ago, since I'm not interested in looking at 80% Marketplace threads in new posts.

Notice the "&exclude=" operator with comma separated list of integers? These are the subforum ids you want to exclude from your query. Mods can make a sticky for this or a custom form/link on the forum using this technique.
