Custom duty on laptop spare part

Salam o aleykum readers,

I need help regarding the custom duty on laptop spare part that I need to buy from aliexpress. This is the link to the part.

Now I need to know two things:

1- Will customs even allow it to be received in Pakistan?

2- How much custom duty and other taxes will I have to pay?

Kindly help me in the light of the most recent changes to tax structure in budget 2019-2020.

I ordered similar laptop casing / housing parts from AliExpress, and was not charged any duty at all.

Got delivered in 1 month.

I ordered similarly priced headphones, wasn’t charged duty at all. But I have a question, I ordered a cheap headphone cable, using aliexpress standard shipping, which is registered and shows tracking info in Pakistan usually, but it isn’t showing that this time? Should I be worried?
