Connections to Bahria Town/Orchard

I'm moving to Bahria Orchard Raiwind road sometime next year, so I was wondering if there's been any progress made in this matter?

Fibre upgradation work is still on hold since february. They dug the lines and laid down pipes but but Bahria management stopped them for some reason.

I have no clue why Bahria wants to hold back on better internet when they're out here claiming to provide the premium living standard.
