Does anyone have any information about conditions to open a company in Pakistan? I skimmed thru the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan website. But couldn't decipher much. What is required for the three below types of companies.

1. Limited Company
2. Stock Corporation
3. Partnership

• Starting Capital
• Accounting obligation
• % of Income Tax and other taxes
• Timelines and other obligations
