City or Liana or Rolla Gli

Hi guyz back after a long tym.
Dnt hav net access usually.
Im gonna get a car soon and wantd opinion.So wats the best among these three.
1.City 09 Manual
2.Liana Eminent 09 Auto.
3.Corolla Gli 09.
What wud b the best to buy.Guyz owning or having drivn these plz comment.Personally im in the mood for City.

Go for City it's a better option among these. Liana is super flop didn't like it a bit. The drive is not satisfatory IMO, Baleno was way betteer than that. Gli is also an oldies car the interior is crap. So city is the better option...

^ hahahah at GLI 09 is crap lol !! Get the corolla 09 dude, trust me youre gonna love it! Its the best car. City 09 has that cheap plastic interior, plus it looks like a hatchback to me lol ... The back is CRAP ! The worst shape imho ...

I agree with vyrus I recently bought rolla XLI. I was confused between CITY and XLI but i went with XLI.. City'sinterior may look good but it doesnot have the quality and btw I heard is that City doesn't have HOT/Cold gauge

new city engine is crap...low end revs per thora acha response hai but it starts wobbling near 120..it doesnt feel tht good and interior sucks!
go for corolla even though i m a honda fan....its the best out of these three!

Corolla is an oldies car and just good for resale. I would prefer honda over corolla because of its better engine built. Not a fan of new City, but among the options city is better. The choice is urs. Just go an do a test drive to have a better idea. Stop listening to the comments it will just make ur decision more difficult.

Well ive driven the 2.0d SR corolla, and it was off the hook! ALOT, LOT better than city! Though i havent driven City 09, my uncle has it and hes not at all satisfied. Infact he'll be selling it soon. IMHO get corolla, nothing beats it. plus it has that sexy look from both, the back aswell as the front !!

Corolla iz too common these days <_<
i got 3 White ones in my Family while i have the only City :8

City 2007 Model handles like a charm although the clutch iz slightly hard compared to Corolla

^ City after 2001 has been been gettin worser year by year imo ... I had the city 2001, that was seriously a nice car, now have a city 05 ... Not satisfied with it ....oversteers :S

Fuel economy
Honda ... generally more fun to drive than Toyotas (talking about local made stuff only)
Looks pretty nice
Rarer than the Corolla

now have a city 05 ... Not satisfied with it ....oversteers :S

Well i think am gonna stick wid city,liana is crap except that it gives the best value for money.
And Rolla fans jst dnt giv a logical point.And the major reason is dat city is too damn sexy,will hav to compromise bit on the interior.

No like when im turning it at a lil speed, like when taking a U turn, it steers too much, never happened with me on any other car ! Happens with city all the time ... I really dont feel comfortable with its steering

Exactly ... It didnt use to happen with my old 01 city ... but i did feel its steering was kinda hard lol ... IMO the best steering in ALL the cars ive had is of the SE saloon. BESTEST steering. lol ... even civic one isnt as good .. infact i feel its the hardest :S ....

Just put Liana out of the equation because it isn't worth to buy a suzuki in that price.Secondly,the city has plasticky interior and has less re-sale value than the corolla.Apart from that it's cheaper to maintain a corolla as compared to a honda and the suspension is far better for the kind of roads we have here as compared to a city.If i were you i'd go for a Xli since it'd cost me 2 lakh less,i'd get central locking myself and wouldn't bother much about the ABS,Power Windows,mirrors since the body and the engine etc are the same.Last but not least corolla is more spacious than the city.
