If it has an LGA775 socket, and its on latest BIOS, it should support most Core2Duos, Core2Quads, Dual Cores. But not i3/i5/i7. It won't support the G5XX, G6XX and G8XX series either. Some Core2Duos have a different socket, so it won't support those Core2Duos either.

However I am not sure on this info. Proper info would only be seen from official website.

You can put in any PCI-E card in it as long as the motherboard has a PCI-E slot and the power requirements are met by the power supply.

Bios can be updated? How?
The high end core 2 duo's seem to say fsb 1333 thingy... if my mobo is 1066 it would still support 1033 processors ?

If you read more carefully,

MSI Reminds You...
• According to the Intel North Bridge 945GC chipset spec, this board supports CPU of FSB 800MHz at maximum by default . However, you may let your board running at FSB 1066MHz (Core 2 Duo CPUs) by overclocking and adjusting the CPU FSB frequency in the BIOS:
Enter BIOS setup menu and go to [Frequency/Voltage Control] --> [Adjust CPU FSB Frequency]. There you can adjust the value to [266] for the Core 2 Duo E63XX/E64XX/ E66XX/E6700 CPUs.
Please be noted that this is over-spec, and this overclocking behavior is not recommended and guaranteed.
