Can't download from windoes phone market place 805a0193 error

Aoa, I just bought a new lumia 620 and i cant download anything from market place due to the error mentioned in the title. seems like a widespread issue according to this thread:

I want anyone of you to check out if you can replicate the issue at your windows phone. The problem seems to be effecting both windows phone 7 and 8 devices. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
