K-Electric is far from perfect and despite whether they say that they have improved or not, updating their billing section is one area that they need to work on severely. Not only this, but when I spoke to the management on social media, they were disrespectful as s**t. That being said, I believe that if I do not approach the CEO or someone in higher management, this will continue to take place (not only for me, but for millions of consumers out there). Is there anybody who can provide me with the email of the CEO of K-Electric (Tayyab Tareen) or anybody stationed at a higher managerial position? The help will be greatly appreciated.
