Can someone from Karachi do a BSEL on my E7400 ?

As the title says, I need to perform a BSEL mod on my Core 2 Duo E7400, but need an expert to do this job for me.

The Core 2 Duo E7400 has a stock speed of 2800 MHz ( 10.5 x 266 = 2793 ).

The BSEL can do the following :
1. Raise the FSB from 266 to 333 ( quad pumped 1066 to 1333 ) :

2. Increase the VCore to at least 1.4 V :

Check this.. its my little effort to reball a BGA chip.. almost successful.. but replacing it on XBOX 360 board is quite difficult for me. i need the machine ..
well .. BSEL is easier

Man, your effort is cool. With such complex work in progress, I don't think it would be wise to disturb you.
I think you should post it on forums like hardwaresecrets, anandtech or tomshardware ? I think someone might be of help there.
