Do we have any appropriate patch?
Do we have servers..?
What to do in order to get the patch with all necessasities?

Nop all you need to do is buy the game from cjs cdkeys, enter on steam then see the magic!

You can do two things:

[1] You can buy from cjs for £16.70 = 2 404 PKR (if I am not wrong)

[2] Download the game from Torrent and download TeknoGods. A lot of paki servers and players are there.
It supports up to patch 1.4.382 of MW3

If you still wandering around then I would suggest you buy its original copy or download from steam. (Off course by purchasing)...then you could not only play on servers in Pakistan but also worldwide. If you are hardcore fan of MW3...I would suggest you to buy as its worth every penny. Price is £40, which is about 5800.
You don't need to have patches or any such thing. Steam will do it all for you.

We live in pakistan, how do you suppose we play on foreign servers when our internet connection is so weak..... And you people are talking about pak servers, can you tell me the name of atleast one because I am baffled!

steam is an app just like PSN so if you put a code from cjs in there, they will let you download the game digitally which is 100% original

IDK if its against the rules . why ppl pushing and simply ignoring players who need assistance that go buy a legit game and play on steam really itsmods attitude thts why steam has nowhere and tekno and 4d1 have lots and lots of players if anyone needs to play mw3 any skidrow game works go to 4d1 (not tekno coz tekno has no updated game version) and install launcher , play and enjoy and for Pak servers ,i guess there are some not sure i am running an infected server on 4d1 too
