PC Call of Duty:Black-Ops Mutliplayer Patch!

I have heard that multiplayer patches for COD7 are available now!
I want to make sure if it is true!

where can I find these patches? If yes!

Multiplayer Crack? Yes there is. There was one before but it got shut down. Now they're making one again, but it's not stable and most of the times, you can't even log in but yes, you can play. There are already multiplayer cracks for COD:MW2, and MW3. I play them all the time. Check them (with guides) here in the sticky threads section: Call Of Duty

For LAN, I think there is only TeknoGods for Modern Warfare 3.
