[SOLVED] Buying XPS Casing

If I buy casing of say dell xps 720 which comes with 700-800 watt PSU, can I use it with modern components like mobo, graphic cards and what not?

YES it can be used to be sure just check the ports that supply has to offer, they are not different IMO

Update: Decided to go Googling and from the research, its very difficult to upgrade the motherboard and such with custom components. Basically, dell proprietary.
