Buying iphone 3gs from us(help needeD)

Hi,my uncle is currently gone to us,the iphone 3gs 16gb is 200$,but its has that contract,and all that stuff,so if i want to bring one of those contract one's to pk,wht shud i do.hope u got my point.

contract is only given to those who as minimum 1 year visa n at&t contract is very expensive also
3 years contract for i phone

but,in sum apple retail stores,dey let u buy the ifone for the contract price and tell u to contact at&t in 3 days to giv dem further details,plus also if u go in country,and u are 300 miles away frm an apple retail stor,u call at&t and tell tht dere is bad rep.sp dey cancel da contract,and dey say tht u can keep the ifone
