Dear bothers and senior gamers,
i really need your help in building a gaming pc around 100k. lcd and all stuff included in budget. if you suggest pakistani any site which deliver at home , welcomed. or should i buy it locally. live in peshawar. what is overclocking?

Get your stuff from CZONE. Overclocking is increasing the clock speed on an unlocked CPU.
You could get a really good Ivy i5 build PC with a 22" LED and a GTX 660. 8GB of RAM and an H77 motherboard. Since you're new to this stuff get a locked CPU. No need to venture into the wild world of overclocking.

I5 3550 bro, not 3350. Get a GTX 660 instead of 7850 and 8GB DDR3 RAM.

no need to buy inno 3d.for 660 club3d is best but if u want 7850 then his iceq 7850 for 22900 2gb is best choice
