[SOLVED] Building an Aprox. 15 Lakh Gaming Desktop only, Monitors and setup are separate.

Hey guys,

I want to build a monster rig of roughly 15 Lakh sometime in the next year.

Thing is, as much as I know stuff I am still a Noob to Desktop building and customization. I have been playing on gaming laptops brought from the US until now ( present one is : Predator 17x Gx792-77bl 4k display), hence, I have never done any PC desktop customization in my life.

But, since you guys know that the experience however great is still limited on a laptop plus the cooling factor is a Abuses will lead to ban.

I have more or less figured out the main components which are:

Processor: Either 9900K or 9980XE
Graphics Card: 2 x 2080ti's
A good samsung SSd of 2 TB and a 2 Tb mechanical drive

What I am confused about: Motherboard; Msi MEG Z390 Godlike.
Ram: 3200 Mhz or 4000 Mhz : 64 gb total any more is a total waste
A good Psu; have no idea what platinum gold etc is , must be above 1000 watts though.
Casing: Super tower or Tower
A stabliser.

The Main Concern like really "Major Concern":

The one and only: Cooling.

I do not want : 1. An AIO solution and 2. pure Aircooling.

I want: The Best Water Cooling there is like the BEST. Cuz I wanna super overclock that beast.

Problem: I have no idea how to build custom loops even if I get the necessary kits in passenger bags from abroad. That lack of experience in building custom loops leads to the loop breaking down and many many other problems etc etc, maintenance issues and much more which lead to a Fried rig.

So, I have looked at highly customizable Pc's from builders like Aventum of Digital storm etc etc just for their cooling solutions. BUT, none of them ship to pakistan plus I hate customs and I cannot pay exorbitant tariffs and Speed Money and the Headache which will make my rig cost me double, also i have no experience of importing stuff.

So guys, I really need a reliable good fully customized and heavy watercooled solutions for cpu And Both gpus. Also, getting a good case here in pakistan might also be a challenge.
My dear fellow pgamers, I humbly request you to give me your experienced advice and help me out in my quandary.

P.S. I am Not trolling, I have the money but I lack the experience and knowledge required that has been gained and earned by my most esteemed PG Gurus and Gaming Pirs here.

Why build a pc for 15 lakh when you can build a pc for fraction of a price and get 99% of the performance? SLI have been mostly ignored by nvidia and game developers for a few years now. 2 2080tis for gaming is a waste of time. and HEDT chips are not needed for gaming. Ditto for 64GB ram. Unless you got free money to throw away, you could build a pc for say 4,5 lakh and use it for like 4,5 years without issues.
3rd gen threadripper chipset
32gb ram
any supported motherboard
and a 2080ti only if you are gaming at 4k with high refresh rates

chose the rest of the components as you please.

Its an enthusiast level issue, umm a bit of passion combined with 4K gaming at high refresh rate. Once you see 4k Hdr, you can never go back im afraid. Sli is quite good for pushing 4k bro.
