Budget CSGO and Video Editing laptop

I am in market to buy a laptop for CS GO and 1080p video editing (Camtasia 9, Adobe Premiere PRO).

My budget is around $400 and I was thinking about buying an older Laptop because it might be cheaper.

What kind of CPU, GPU and RAM do I need in the laptop?

What I will say is, the good thing is CS GO and Video Editing both require primarily a good CPU rather than an amazing GPU..

where are you located, maybe then can guide you on some more specific stuff..

I live in Rawalpindi, I want to play other games too but CS GO is priority (720p high or 1080p low-med 80 fps avg) is what I am looking for.
I want to have the option to play other games too, if possible.

Would a used laptop do it? my budget is Rs 40,000. Used cheaper?

I don't care for looks or portability.

Basically any laptop with a Nvidia 850m/950m GPU will serve your purpose just fine and falls into your range 40-45k. If you can stretch your budget to around say 55-60k you can find a laptop with a 860m/960m i'm not from RWP but there is a shop on Bank road saddar called the laptop hut you can check from there or any other shop in saddar.
