Brand new Asus Rog G551jw Gpu Fan

Hi,
i've imported Asus Rog g551jw and it arrived today , Im using Evga precision to track GPU stuffs. Gpu average temperature is 72 'c and fan speed is at 0% on EVGA precision i think the gpu fan isnt spinning.
is it normal ? if not can some one please provide a solution?

Bro i have never used a laptop with gtx 960 i am using asus n550 jv with a gt 750 which is a similar to the laptop u own.72 C is quite hot when not gaming gtx 960 is one of the latest cards around with a very efficient design so there could be some bad news.

Do these things immidiately:

1:Stop using 3rd party battery software Immidiately
2:Try staying on balanced profile of battery while gaming
3:Get the best anti virus u can and run a full pc scan i am sure something must have came along with laptop but if u dont to use that plz use AVG free edition update it and run a full pc scan.
4:Restart ur Pc after doing these things

Do these things and report back here if u could see some difference in temps.GOOD LUCK!

oh sorry i forgot to mention 72 C average when gaming.

As far as i can see u are running the WOW on that laptop i would still say the temp is high considering the season nowadays but nothing to worry about.Dont worry these third party softwares do mishaps here and there so chill...

Editont worry about fan noise these latest laptops are designed to be silent never heard a fan sound from my lappie even while running witcher 3.

actually i only want to know if my Gpu fan is working or not since it shows only 0% fans peed on evga precision. it should b +50% while gaming ,
