Plan states that it was deleted due to non response of the members. I never had any idea who was coming with what equipment. A few ( 4-5 ) members stated that they were coming, but never declared of the item they were bringing in.....

If members are 75 according to poll and we have less equipment, Project meetup FAIL FAIL

The reason was ... TOPIs. Votes were by 75 people for Jahaur, and 110 total. BUT Not even 5 confirmed apart from our regulars who come every time.

Next time, we wont keep an open poll, it will be at Tribal. Jis ko ana hai aey. Simple as that.
