Bluetooth not working properly in Laptop !!

Hey guys !!

I have my Samsung ATIV BOOK 2 series laptop . I am having some bluetooth working issues .I am not able to connect/search a bluetooth(visibility on) device with my laptop and If coming any I cant send/receive data from it .. If receiving it gives an error that


"make sure you device is proeprly plugged in" or something like that !!

Can any help me in solving that error?? Please

as i know there r more than 1 drivers have to install in laptops for Bluetooth therefore some drivers have been missing while installing ur latest drivers...
or
make sure u r browsing the exact location of latest driver where u placed if not then try to install like this
