i want to know that can a blood cp test show whether a person is asthmatic or not?
and what is a vacuum test?

No, blood picture does not show any evidence of asthma. The only thing it might show would be increased eosinophil levels which are elevated during an acute attack.I do not know what is a vacuum test. Heard it for the first time..Diagnosis of asthma is based on your clinical examination and history. If needed you might need to get PFT's done.

Can a blood test determine the mineral and vitamin levels in your body?

Yes. One can easily get magnesium, calcium, vitamin A, D etc levels checked in his blood.

Yes, eosinophil levels would be normal when you are not having an attack. But they can also be raised if you have other allergic conditions.
