Best website or App for downloading Youtube videos?

so i know most of you are thingking of reccomending me "y2mate" but i guess there used to be y2mate.pk it was best for downloading not only full video but also part of the video if we wanted to download like middle of the video or start or whichever part it let us download it so i want a website or an app to download only part of video so that i dont have to download a 27 minute video to watch just 2 minutes while rest of 25 minutes are useless, any suggestions?

Hello everyone. These apps are awesome. But sometimes it is difficult to choose a good tiktok video download service so that you can download videos without a watermark for free. Guys, what other applications do you use for that? Where do you download applications for such services to be free? Thanks in advance for any information.

For PC:

IDM (Internet Download Manager) is the best software to download files, specially videos, works on all sites YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc. I bought 2 licenses about 6 or 7 years ago, lifetime upgrades for PKR 2500 each, now its PKR 3020 for 2 or more licenses with lifetime upgrades.

Does not let you clip and download part of the video though, you will have to clip it later. If you want to reuse the downloaded clips then I would suggest you download the the original clip in full quality and then clip it in Adobe Premiere for best results, if its just for mobile low resolution then YouTube has just started the CLIP & SHARE feature, you can use that.

If its your original post, yes you can download and save it to your gallery. I'm not sure if you can save the tiktok videos of others. Maybe, it would require permission from the owner of the video for security purposes.

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
