Alright so i couldn't find a better place to post this on too.

Searched google but most of the shoes listed there are going to be very difficult to find in Pakistan.

So anyone who has the same case of flat feet like mine, i need some advice on buying running shoes which have an arch in them to give support since i feel an ache every time i go for a jog beneath my feet and i can't jog for a very long time. Although i do have nike shoes right now with cushion sole in them but they do not have that arch support which my feet require. So I need to know that how helpful are those arch supported shoes? Brand name? Where can i buy them from?

Practically all the basic knowledge required.

Thank You!

I'm sorry but I don't have the case like yours, but one good tip my physician had offered which has helped me a great deal was to wear one size above my running shoe's size and never wear tight socks. My problem was I used to suffer a lot of feet injuries (particularly in the toe region) while running.

Anyway, following shoes appear ideal for flat feet runners:

You can request your friends/family/someone you know abroad etc. to buy them for you.
