Currently, I'm doing BBA from IoBM, I have a opportunity to shift my program to BS (Accounts and Finance) as I am more interested in Accounting and Finance field. IoBM A&F graduates get 7 papers exemption in ACCA papers aswell. What is the scope of this program? What will i have options to go in after graduation? Please help me out thanks!

I'd suggest you to choose A&F. In my university (FAST) BBA and BSAF have almost the same subjects for the first two years (four semesters) after which you start focusing on the accounts a little further. It isnt as saturated as BBA either...
Plus as you mentioned, ACCA exemptions too.

It has great scope and you can so any job that is related to accounting.

Not only the jobs of Accounting. Suppose that you do MBA after doing A&F. You'll have more preference over those who have done BBA/MBA. In the end, it is all about luck and pawa but you should have as much expertise as you can have.
