Battlefield 1 Ping Problems

Don't care about the bars they are just annotations, go to settings>gameplay>show network graph or usage, i think, then see the graph and latency if its 165 to 180, then you are good, you cant get lower ping than this on European servers because of the physical distance.
How do you guys manage to get even 160? I live in lahore and i get 180-200 using 4mb ptcl. I guess it has to do with your area having optic fibre cables? My area (askari x) has old shitty cables that cause problems every other day. How can I reduce it to 160?

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -
