This is likely FAKE or the people used their Xbox 360 ID on Xbox One and got banned as a result.

Yeah the most probable reason would be that the that their ID was used on a modified 360 resulting in an XBOX ONE ban as well. Its kinda cruel of you ask me though but also very stupid on the user end as well.
