Availability of Kenko Extension tubes in Pakistan

I am currently preparing to plunge into macro photography. Though Macro lens themselves cost a lot of dough there are cheap alternatives available like Focus filters and Extension tubes. Im specifically talking about the Kenko brand here.

extension would double the stop and you really need a tripod to produce good macro shots. U might also want to buy wireless shutter release
