Attention WorldCall Internet Users

I am going to keep this short, My Location is Lahore DHA, I am have been paying worldcall 2160 for a 4MBPS connections for several years, 2 months ago they increased the price to 2365, I am paying that for last 2 months.

To my surprise worldcall charges 1758/month for a 4MBPS connection, I found that out after my neighbor got worldcall installed , I called they said that is for new customers, I got mad and told them that old customers should be given more consideration especially those who have been using your internet for so long.

In short I am serving them with a notice for overcharging and unethical practices, if any of you have been overcharged please let me know so we can help you get your money back too.

Also what is the body that oversees these ISPs and their practices, is it PTA?

Yep it is PTA. If you see their complaint section, they have special category for malpractice in billing.

I am using their services, Yes you are right they usually change their Tarrif without any customer notifications and even they don't tell you if you call from registered no/ customer id.
Anyhow beside billing I suggest that we should have one MAIN THREAD for worldcall Broadband customer too in pakgamers forum, where all users can share about their services .
