Guys looks like we can use physics atlast on ati cards. Now we have to found an Ageia card :|

if i am not wrong Ageia started the whole physics scene in the first place, it was first demoed as software and also as separate hardware card, it was than acquired by nvidia which brought it in their flagship products.

Meaning to say that having a physics card is not something new, prior to nvidia introducing it in their chipset it was available as a separate card

dude you missed the flow here i am talking about using the "old physx card" from ageia with the newer ATI cards to work well in the game which requires physx support or you can say "Nvidia" card.

plus there are people also who uses Nvidia cards (for physx) + Ati cards in the same rig to use the same tings which old Ageia Physx provided.

nopes they dont have it but they are working with "intel" on OpenCL http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenCL for there HAVOK engine.

ATi cards are very capable of PhysX BUT Agiea and Phys X are now owned by Nvidia So NO Phys X for ATi
Check Google, someone did experiment with PhysX on Ati cards.
