OVER CLOCK
The board + CPU combo runs Stable at 3.70Ghz. Over Clock settings will be provided to the buyer. Infact they are saved in the OC Profile on the board. You need to PROVIDE:
1. Adequate Power
2. Adequate Cooling
3. 1333 DDR3 Ram. Even Value RAM would do

I have tested the combo with
1. Noctua NH-D14
2. ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme
3. ThermalRight Venomous-X
4. Cooler Master Hyper 212+

With any of these coolers the processor remains within its TDP when running OCCT

5. Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
6. Arctic Cooling Freezer Extreme

With #5 not really possible to run it oc'd and keep it OCCT stable
with #6 it is possible to keep it Standard OCCT test stable

Ummm, as it comes with a hyper 212+ if you pay that price? And i told you (via PM) EXACTLY the reason why (Regarding selling). If I give a person an "X" amount of time, he has that much time!

I am offering guaranteed Oc's to 3.70 GHz, that is a 1 GHZ over clock. Was he offering that as well?

2. mobo - 6k
3. ram - 1.5k
4. case - 1.5k
5. dvd r/w - 1.5k

in plane english I am talking about market value.
adding all up gives 26.5k while sold in 26k

Just sell your processor , which is overclocked, all know how reliable it might be. plus date of purchase tells the other half of story. So even if somebody gives you 15k for that. I think you must not feel bad on it.
I wasn't here to argue, just wanted to make sure you get my point.
