I m trying to upload images but whenever i click the manage attachments tab a blank window appears which has a lining background and nothing else, i have been waiting for something to be happen but nothing happens, can somebody help me!

Sale of processor cancelled coz now i have come to know that it is really a very good processor to keep, now only motherboard left,
