Anyone sellers from Islamabad? Looking for low power GPU or monitor

Hello Everyone. I am living in Islo, which many of you might not know, is less of a PC-Hub, people are more focused on console and mobile gaming, mainly PUBG Mobile, unlike Lahore, Karachi and even Peshawar its hard to get pc parts easily here, and unfortunately i cant get parts from karachi or lahore using shipping services such as TCS , so therefore im looking for any pc part sellers in islamabad, ( If you are NOT in islamabad, i am willing to get from lahore, only on the case you are willing to do shipping without me paying in advance, otherwise islo only, im sorry for the inconvenience )
Here are the parts im looking for for a PC build, ofc i dont need all of them, i can only put a single video card in a PC of course, thats common sense lol but since im asking parts only from islamabad, i made it so there are alot of cards just to increase the chances that i get a gpu in-case someone does not have a specific GPU
If anyone in islamabad has these parts, contact me, however ATM im only looking for the GPU itself, PM me and send me your broad location ( such as sector, no need for street number and house number, just so i know how far you are ) because my parents wont allow me to get from TCS, thank you for reading and have a great day
PSS: dont post stupid offers please, i know my way around computer parts, and i wont be fooled by those "GTX 1050 for 40k rupees best gaming card" tricks, i already have an offer and i am seeing if i can get a better one in Islamabad. this is all.
