Any recommendation for a good laptop cooling pad?

My laptop tends to run a little hot while gaming, I tried a cooling pad and it made a noticable difference but the quality was not so good. Looking for recommendation!

I simply use a computer fan which i have modified to run on a usb. I put it under the heatsink area or wherever laptop tends to get hot. Its quite simple and does the job plus i don't have to carry a big chunky cooling pad. Its worth a try if you want to save some bucks and looking for a quick and easy fix.

Before i respond to your question, i want to add the disclaimer that i have no prior experience of using any cooling pad. I am looking for a cooling pad myself and briefly sharing output of my research and the perception that i have built based on this research. The research mainly consisted of watching videos and reading customer reviews.

As you have mentioned you tried one which i believe to be a non branded one commonly available from various stores and online under 1500. I found that these are just OK in terms of quality. However, it is better to spend a bit more and get a branded one.

I am price conscious in this case so i did not want to spend too much. This is what i have finalized for myself however, i could not get it because in Lahore (where i am based), sellers are asking for very unreasonable price for it and i dont want to have it shipped because it may get damaged in transit.
