Any place to buy Custom Music Boxes ?

So I'm looking to get A Music Box but with a custom tune prolly an anime one. Is that possible in Karachi?

Anybody builds these on orders or maybe there are some anime music boxes available online? Any info on it would be helpful. I can't provide the music sheet but there's a Youtube channel that does Music Box version of popular Anime OSTs. So the guy could prolly listen there and figure it out xD Dunno never done this so don't have any idea how the heck are these made :s

I need one with a specific tune. I don't think you can find specific ones pretty easily unless the tune/anime is pretty popular.
