@ shajeel bro i think thats a uv sleeving...which i dont have.....any idea where i can get a hold of it?
@A. rafay...this connector was included in my Cosmos S. you have to connect this to the PSU 24 pin connector if you want to use the touch sensitive power button. unfortunately there is no way out because had it been on me...i wouldnt be in the favour of connecting the extension since the 24 pin connector that comes with my p.s.u is already quite long. but if i dont connect this i cant power the computer up with the power button.

but shajeel bro i made this thread keeping you in mind...since you are truely a badass modder i was hoping you would be able to help and guide me properly.

sir kindly pls elaborate what u want done here....u want to sleeve the extension ?

if yes then the pins are easy to remove...i can guide u for that....as for sleeving ...that yaar u will have to import....u shud always also import little modding supplies like this with ur other expensive stuff that u get from OCuk...that drastically reduces the shipping costs for them....

or if u can find regular black sleeving(PM karo...darkdisciple) ...then i can guide u how to paint it UV orange to go with ur theme...

but ur best bet is to import modding supplies....

im here...so u can PM me whenever u want...

regards.

get regular sleeving if you can and:
1. either uv spray paint em
2. or use an orange highlighter (easily available from bookshops)

yaar use precision screwdriver driver kit (preferabbly flat head) to bend the holders and take the pins out.... it take some time..but after u have done 2 pins...u eat through the rest in minutes...trust me...

ok well problem of removing the pins from the 24 pin connector has been solved and the cables have been sleeved but now another problem arises.....the heatshrink that came with the cables doesnt shrink that much that it would get a grip on the sleeve....it only shrinks to some extent and wont shrink anymore resulting in it hanging loose over the sleeve...please help:(
