Hey guys I hope you all are fine
I am trying to use My SCB credit Card to purchase 10$ steam funds but i am getting the above error I also contacted SCB helpline for help but they are saying its not a issue from our end and your online shopping is active.I don't know what to do now.I used this card in march last time on steam for purchasing cs:go and that time my purchase went smooth.

Edit:-Just checked the HBL credit Card still getting the same error.
