Hardware working condition, Depending upon the Hardware Condition sellers describe.

for example you linked a z97 motherboard first one is not 100% as the seller describe it having bend pins but working fine. similarly on amazon you will find quite accurate information regarding products. secondly you need to find a good rating Store to take offer of mentioned product. otherwise always in doubt, full of risk.

But take advice avoid getting Motherboard and CPU from AMAZON in used condition, as it might cost you bit higher than a buying from local used. secondly you will never know about product functionality. Getting GPU from Amazon is only worth of shot.

Procedure:
you simply need to PM the desire link to Jshak or amaga about the product. like you pasted here. and ask them about total cost and sellers/product feasilibility, they will examine the store and other things and let you know the exact total cost, it will incur. Shipment cost varies, depends on seller's will and procedural.

Duration:
Usually you will get your Product in 20 days. but a successful Shipment will take a whole month or 25-30 days.
