Specs should conform to the following points:

-Processor should be an i7 - 7th gen or greater

-Graphics should be no less than a GTX 1070 or a GTX 1080 (no max-Q designs please) also willing to look at RTX models if they are priced under 270k.

-SSD for the Boot drive is a must (size does not matter)
