Additional Information: No Battery. I bought the battery on 9/10/10 for 900Rs. and didn't even use it. You can install a 9A battery in it too. 9Amp batteries start from 1200+Rs. while the 7A start from 450Rs. The original battery in this UPS was some LION brand. The same thing was available for 500Rs. refurbished. I did a test last year with a new battery. 80 to 100W load and with a new battery the Backup was 22 Minutes with power to spare. UPS shuts itself down before it fully discharges the battery (as its bad for the battery). So you can increase it further by adding a 9A battery. I haven't used it for a long time so decided to sell it. As you can see, the battery still holds charge after an year of siting around.
I have done some modifications on it. I have removed the Buzzer and installed a LED to tell me about the backup status. It can be either installed in one of the socket compartment (as in pictures) or out of the body.
I am giving one really high quality Longwell (white) branded extension cable and one simple Serial cable. The software is RUPS (not giving it, you can download it online). Its not at all comparable to APC's software but still does the job.
