[SOLVED] Advice needed regarding samsung galaxy s5

Salam alikum
i am interested in buying s5 but i am bit confused. as this will going to be my first flagship cellphone so i need some advice.
i need advice regarding where to purchase and under which warranty i should go with? i am at Lahore.
which model i should buy? my requirements are it should be 3g and 4g enabled?
which color is better? although i personally like black and white.

First things first only M&P and Greentech provide warranties both on G900H model which is only 3G enabled.
I chose M&P as its service is way more effective and quick and near to my location in islamabad but it depends. Black is classic i own a black s5 but now i want htc one m8, the feel of the s5 is cheap aka plastic. Dual sim not supported in G900H.

There are two models the g900h and the g900f. The first one only has 3G and the second one also has 4G but the second model wasn't officially released in Pakistan I think but you can always get it without warranty.

Get Xperia z2 , better looking and more future proof due to 3 gigs ram , s5 is also a really great device ,color of the device won't matter much ,because most probably u r going to use a case on the device, G900F supports 4g but I am not entirely sure about it , many online shops have g900f in stock

S5 is an epic fail. I highly suggest you to go for One M8 or Xperia Z2. And if it's S5 you're only after, then try to get G900F which is 4G enabled.

well thank u very much for reply guys.. about z2 initially i thought about it but when my bro bought s4 black edition i found it more attractive regarding OS and all other areas. z2 seems bit large to me shape wise..
i want s5 4g enabled but with warranty.. any idea when will 4g enabled set launch in pakistan ? although dual sim feature can be neglected.. also i heard octa core ver was also launched.. which 1 more future prof.. i want to invest in future prof area and want to keep it for 3 to 4 years

dont waste your money on s5 and use m8,z2 and s5 first and then make a decision , i have used all of them thoroughly and i dont think that z2 has any size issues infact it feels much better and more premium in the hand , m8 has a few camera issues but i dont think the camera is bad at all and overall its a better deal than s5 i think and if you are talking about future proof , xperia z2 is the way to go ,

Bro i think you should go for m8 or z2. Camera of m8 is not a big issue. It feels good in hand i will recommend m8 or you can go with z2. If you are buying s5 for 4g , i dont think its much useful cause probably you have wifi in your home and i personally use 3g outside of home when wifi is not available and second 4g packages will be expensive. And at home when wifi is available why you will use expensive 4g. I think 4g is not much useful you can use 3g instead in emergency situation where wifi is not available.

I don't think the 4G model will be released in Pakistan officially. You can always get it from the local market or online stores but that won't give you warranty.

mmmm keeping in view above suggestions, i can skip 4g as well.. but i dont know why u guys hate s5 so much, i mean any strong reason.? Yes of course s5 has 2 gb relative to z2 with 3gb but on score table, s5 out performs z2 and z2s 3gb give him edge on multitasking only.. and m8 has premium feel i agree 100%, but its dual camera at back really looks awkward (at least to me), i have seen z2, m8 and s5 at hyper-star.. all cellphones have there own advantages and disadvantages, but overall i think s5 is better in all areas except for its non premium feel which i personally think is not that bad..
but if u guys have any strong reason for not buying s5, plz plz do shear with me.. i may be wrong

4g expensive will be expensive in pakistan, but i may travel aboard towards middle east, there people preferably use 4g.. so i want 4g for that reason as wel.

Z2 has better water resistance ,more premium design, more ram , better speakers, much better battery life , ui is much snappier and looks close to stock, Screen of the device is beautiful and looks nearly as good as the super amoled on s5 and in some cases better ....

As a s5 owner im sick of its interface and lags, i do agree the display is way better but the G900H OCta core version is actually way more laggi. one more thing the s5 build is so cheap that my docking cover which is supposed to make s5 waterproof just fell of its place while it was charging making its most renound features practically useless.
Crashed UI couple of times and camera is great just the feel of plastic on the back, the htc one m8 is premium device and z2 too is an awesome set but Sony has planned to release Xperia flagship every 6 months the phone may not be that future proof and will result in heavy loss afterwards.:wink2:

Man you should use the device yourself first , reviews never tell the actual story [MENTION=26694]MrShabi2010[/MENTION] knows better , he owns a z2, there is a hell lot of a difference in reading the reviews and using the device personally

s5 lags man.?????? wt i believe is that the hardware combination also matters alot, like in s4mini.. it was very beautiful phone with reasonable size but becz of its hardware combination, it was laggy even while playing subway surf.. and which docking cover u r talking about bro.? i dint get it..

Man you should use the device yourself first , reviews never tell the actual story @MrShabi2010 knows better , he owns a z2, there is a hell lot of a difference in reading the reviews and using the device personally 

hahaha.. maybe.. i have seen z2 my self personally and s5 only at hyper star.. i am, well u can say a review guy .. in my experience, reviews do teach u alot and they are really helpfull in selecting the device of ur choice.. so far i have found reviews very true image of cellphone.. but i welcome ur suggestions as well bro..

oh i see.. that is the only issue i am afraid of about s5.. how it came off? i mean it just went off or accidentally it was pulled so hard?

Opened it for charging.plugged in the charger left it on the table just as i left it. It broke off
