advice about cheap tablets needed

i am planning on gifting my sisters a couple of tablets(one each)... i need to know a cheap tablet which i can gift them... i am hearing a lot about those mediatek a7 quadcore tablets... can anyone tell me their prices and availability and which are better?? i want two within a budget of around 35k(30k to be preferred)... if there quality is nothing to write home about(bad battery timing and software problems etc) then i might buy a single tablet for now but it would be better if i can get two.. and ofcourse that means android and that also means no samsung or apple or nexus(only if i buy one)... so no derailing of thread...

what can beat Samsung Tab 2.0 without GSM... If you can increase budget just increase your buget ..
believe me it will beat any chinese quardcore tablets in this range...having Dev support is additional point ...
and issues have been reported in various forms about ainol tablets..

this proves that chinese quard ~ dual core..
Tab 2.0 is for 18-19k which sums up to 36-38k (worth every penny)

Check ainol quad core tablet used one myself pretty good tabs for the money dual core version varries btw 12-15k and quad core 7" costs around 16k

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
